Another lazy day to go out… let’s cook some TOFU!!!

Here are the ingredients…

Fry the tofu first, then put aside for later use…

Fry the onion and garlic until golden color…

Then put in all the sauces…

And the pork and mushrooms…

Fry until it smell nice… add some salt and put in some water for gravy…

Finally, put in the tofu and mix it together…
